User Interface

iMOZI’s advanced UI provides consumers with an entertaining, intelligent and easy-to-use interactive touch screen experience. The console allows customers to browse through thousands of films and TV shows – searching by movie genre, actor, or director – watch movie trailers or get recommendations. The simple, intuitive interface station guides the customer through the complete rental process. This provides a faster, easier, and more convenient way for consumers to rent and buy DVDs, at much lower prices!

iMOZI also understands the importance of a secure system in order to protect the interests of both the retailer and the individual consumer. Sensitive consumer and retail sales data are protected within a private network surrounded by a firewall. Credit card information transfers and authorizations are communicated from the store to a payment transaction server via Secure Socket Layers (SSL) and secure HTTPS. Data transfers are guarded via two-way 128-bit encryption.
Enterprise POS

The iMOZI software suite provides the operator with analytical tools that facilitate the monitoring of business results via a standard web browser. Such web-based reporting allows for a full range of capabilities – from standard transactional reporting to customized metrics.

The iMOZI Enterprise POS is built with administrative access to real-time sales data, improving the ability to optimize inventory and returns. The system constantly tracks all activities and allows viewing sales reports dynamically and tracking product usage. Such reports provide critical feedback for the analysis of performance.

Remote Monitoring

A robust back-end system supports the engaging interface. Each kiosk is remotely managed from the iMOZI Network Operations Center (NOC) – via a secure network, allowing for real-time updates, off-site maintenance capabilities, and seamless software upgrades. From the NOC, our technicians can update systems and troubleshoot technical issues: attempting to identify, troubleshoot and resolve most problems remotely before they disrupt the customer experience.

To provide additional system reliability, all kiosks are able to operate independent of the central operations server, thus reducing interdependency. Furthermore, each kiosk incorporates a central back-up system for all store level data. The system also has a backup power source separate from the main source in the event of an emergency outage.
